Three things to talk about.
- What you grow or do now. Show us the bed, the pots, the harvest, or the workout.
- What changed for you or your family. The meals, the money, the time outside, how you feel.
- One thing you would tell someone just starting.
Filming tips
- Hold the phone sideways or upright. Either one works.
- Face a window so the light is on your face.
- Pick a quiet spot, away from wind and traffic.
- Start by saying your first name and your state.

GrowFitFL Video Release
Version 2026-09-24
1. Who this is with. This release is between you and GROWFITFL LLC, its owners Jermaine Jefferson and Toni Jefferson, and anyone GrowFitFL LLC authorizes. In this release, "GrowFitFL" means all of them.
2. What it covers. Your video, your voice, your name as you gave it to us, your likeness, your written words, and anything else you send with this form. In this release, all of that is "your submission."
3. What you give us. You give GrowFitFL a permanent, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, edit, crop, caption, translate, combine with other material, publish, and share your submission in any media that exists now or is invented later. That includes websites, social media, email, ads, courses, books, and video. GrowFitFL does not need to ask you again, and GrowFitFL does not have to pay you.
4. Editing. GrowFitFL may shorten your video or your words. GrowFitFL will not change the meaning of what you said.
5. What you promise. You confirm that:
a. the recording is your own;
b. you have permission from anyone else who appears in it;
c. nobody in it is under 18, unless you are that child's parent or legal guardian and you give consent for them; and
d. you are not being paid for it.
6. Waiver. You give up any right to inspect or approve the final uses. You release GrowFitFL LLC from claims related to the uses this release allows, including privacy, publicity, and defamation claims that come from accurate use.
7. No duty to use it. GrowFitFL may choose not to use your submission.
8. Asking us to stop. You can ask GrowFitFL to stop using your submission in new places by emailing contact@growfitfl.com. GrowFitFL will make reasonable efforts to do that. Anything already published, printed, or shared does not have to be pulled back.
9. Law. Florida law governs this release.
10. Your signature. Typing your name and checking the box is your signature. It has the same effect as signing by hand.
