Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through GrowFitFL Club at members.growfitfl.com. The Club offers monthly and yearly billing. You can also join through Patreon, which bills you directly and is covered in Section 1a. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.

Refund windows changed on November 2, 2026. Purchases made before 12:00 AM Eastern on November 2, 2026 keep the 14-day refund window they were sold with. That includes yearly memberships, the Provider Year, GFC-Pro and Pay It Forward gifts. Purchases made at or after that time get the 7-day window described below.

1. Club payments and refunds

There is no free trial. Monthly is $29 for memberships started at or after 12:00 AM Eastern on November 1, 2026, charged at checkout and each month until you cancel renewal. Monthly payments are not refundable. Yearly is $299 for memberships started at or after that time. Memberships bought earlier keep their price: $15 a month, $150 a year, or $99 a year if bought during the Fall Sale through October 22, 2026. It is charged at checkout and each year until you cancel renewal, with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies only to yearly memberships bought directly on members.growfitfl.com. It does not apply to memberships paid through Patreon. Patreon handles billing and refunds for Patreon members. Any price change is emailed to active members 30 days before it applies. Refunds required by law and earlier written promises remain honored. An earlier trial can be canceled before its original end date to avoid its first charge. These terms apply to new purchases made under this policy; any more generous guarantee shown when you joined will still be honored.

To request a refund under the yearly 7-day guarantee:

• Email contact@growfitfl.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
• Include the email address associated with your account and the approximate purchase date.
• We will process your refund within five business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Monthly payments, and yearly payments after the 7-day window from the date of purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law or under an earlier written promise. You retain full access to the Plan through the end of the month or year you paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a paid month or year.

1a. Memberships through Patreon

You can also join GrowFitFL Club through Patreon at patreon.com/GrowFitFL. Patreon is a separate company and bills you directly. GrowFitFL does not charge you for a Patreon membership and cannot refund a Patreon charge.

• No 7-day guarantee on Patreon. The yearly 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to yearly memberships bought directly on members.growfitfl.com. Patreon handles billing and refunds for Patreon members, monthly or annual, under Patreon's own terms. Refund requests for Patreon charges go to Patreon.
• Cancel on Patreon. Patreon memberships are canceled on Patreon, not in Club Settings.
• Access follows Patreon. Your Club access stays while your Patreon membership is paid. If you cancel, lower your tier, or a Patreon payment fails, access ends or narrows when the time you paid for runs out, plus a short grace period of a few days. Disconnecting Patreon from the Club ends Patreon-based access right away.
• What each tier opens. A paid Patreon tier of $15 a month or more opens the whole Club. A lower paid tier opens the members-only videos only. Following for free opens no paid access.
• Paying in both places. If you pay on members.growfitfl.com and on Patreon, both charges continue until you cancel the one you do not want. We do not combine, credit, or prorate the two. Refunds on the website charge follow Section 1.
• Second-year book. The second-year printed book in Section 3 applies only to yearly memberships bought directly on members.growfitfl.com before 12:00 AM Eastern on October 15, 2026.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings at members.growfitfl.com/settings, or by contacting us at contact@growfitfl.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the month or year you paid for. Patreon memberships are canceled on Patreon, as described in Section 1a. If you cancel during an earlier 7-day free trial, no charge is made and access ends when the trial ends.

Cancellation does not delete your account or erase your garden data. You can re-activate your membership at any time.

3. No Physical Items

New club memberships are digital and do not include printed books. Membership purchases made on or after 12:00 AM Eastern on October 15, 2026 do not include a printed book. Any printed-book benefit promised with an earlier purchase remains subject to the terms offered when that purchase was made. For a yearly membership bought on members.growfitfl.com before that time, the earlier terms let the member request one printed garden book from Jermaine and Toni starting on day 15 of the second paid year, with US shipping addresses only.

4. GFC-1 Credential

The GFC-1 credential is earned through completion of the masterclass curriculum and is included with any active membership. Earning the credential does not create any additional payment obligation. If you cancel renewal, access continues through your paid period. A full refund may end the access funded by that payment; access from another valid purchase remains unchanged, but credentials already issued remain valid unless revoked for conduct reasons as described in the GFC-1 Code of Conduct.

5. Backyard Coaching Program, One-Time Purchase

The Backyard Coaching Program is sold by application only and is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. There are three packages:

• Backyard Coaching: $12,750. The full program, delivered remotely.
• Coaching plus On-Site Visit: $19,680. Everything above, plus one in-person visit.
• The Complete Package: $38,600. Everything above, plus twelve monthly calls across a full year.

The coaching term is 16 weeks. The refund terms below apply to all three packages.

Refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, but only if you have not yet submitted your coaching intake form. Once you submit the intake form, your personalized work begins and your purchase is final and non-refundable, even if you are still within the 7-day window.

No intake submitted yet. Email contact@growfitfl.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line within 7 days of purchase and we will process your refund promptly.

Intake submitted. Submitting your intake form starts the coaching process. Jermaine and Toni begin reviewing your yard photos and video and preparing your private review. No refunds are available after that point, regardless of when in the 7-day window you submitted.

The Annual plan guarantee does not apply here. The 7-day money-back guarantee that applies to a standalone GrowFitFL Club subscription does not apply to the Backyard Coaching Program or to the 12 months of access included in it.

Physical books. Your three books ship after you submit your intake form. Books that have shipped are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.

What is included: one private yard review video (15-25 minutes recorded by Jermaine and Toni for your specific yard), a written Game Plan, 16 weeks of Coaching Concierge access with two follow-up video credits, 12 months of full GrowFitFL Club membership, and three printed books shipped to your door. The included membership ends after twelve months and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. You may choose to purchase membership at the then-current annual price.

Coaching guidance under this program is educational content for hobby food gardening. It is not professional landscaping, agricultural, or medical advice.

6. Seasonal Challenges (Fall Garden Kickoff Challenge)

Seasonal challenges, including the Fall Garden Kickoff Challenge, are included in GrowFitFL Club. They are not sold separately. There is no challenge purchase price, no separate challenge guarantee, and no upgrade credit.

What is included. Your membership gives you the challenge program for each season, the Plan's members-only video library, and The Southern Grow Guide plant reference in full (the available plant files). Access lasts only as long as your membership is active. It is a limited right to view the videos inside the Plan. It is not a download right, a permanent license, or any form of ownership.

Members-only videos are private content. Members-only videos are not published on our public YouTube channel or on any other public platform. They may not be downloaded, screen-recorded, copied, re-uploaded, shared, forwarded, publicly displayed, or distributed outside the Plan by any means. Sharing a members-only video, link, or login with a person who is not an entitled member is a breach of these terms and of our Terms of Service. We may terminate the account of any person who does so, without refund, and pursue takedown and legal remedies. Full terms are in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Refunds. Because seasonal challenges are part of the membership, they have no separate refund terms. The monthly or yearly refund terms in Section 1 apply to your chosen membership, which includes them.

7. GFC-Pro, GrowFitFL Certified Garden Creator, One-Time Purchase

GFC-Pro is a one-time purchase of $799 (it was $499 before October 24, 2026). It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It includes twelve months of GrowFitFL Club membership and the Garden Creator track: eight creator modules of forty lessons on starting and growing a gardening YouTube channel, a channel plan and setup checklist, automated review of your own published videos, a monthly numbers check-in, and the stages that lead to the credential. It also includes the AI mentor, the Pro Desk, a certificate, a badge, a permanent public verification page, and a listing in the GrowFitFL creator directory. The membership portion opens on day one.

Refunds. GFC-Pro is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, before you send your first video for review. Reading lessons, filling in your channel plan, linking your channel and exploring tools do not end eligibility. Sending your first video for review ends this voluntary guarantee, even within the 7 days. The refund window runs from purchase, not submission. Refunds required by law and earlier written guarantees remain honored. The included twelve months of membership are part of the one-time purchase and are not refundable separately or prorated.

After the first year. The included membership ends after twelve months and does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. Your certificate and your public verification page are permanent and stay live whether or not you hold a membership, so a client can always confirm your credential. Your directory listing is promotional and stays live only while you hold an active GrowFitFL Club membership, which you may continue on a monthly or yearly plan at the then-current price. If the membership lapses the listing is paused, not deleted, and it is restored when you renew.

What the credential is. GFC-Pro certifies that you completed the GrowFitFL method and met the published standard on every stage of the program. It is not a horticulture degree, a state license, or a Master Gardener credential. We may revoke it for misrepresentation under the Terms of Service.

No guarantee of views, income or clients. GFC-Pro is an education and credentialing program. We do not guarantee any number of views or subscribers, YouTube Partner Program acceptance, that you will earn any amount of money, or that you will build a profitable channel or business. Any figures or examples in our materials are illustrations, not promises and not typical results. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for meeting every licensing, insurance, permitting and tax requirement that applies where you work.

7a. The Provider Year, One-Time Purchase

The Provider Year is a one-time purchase of $1,497. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It includes a guided prep sheet, three recorded video and written plans from Jermaine (your Day 1 blueprint after your prep sheet, a Month 6 blueprint and a Month 12 blueprint), two written check-ins around month 3 and month 9, and twelve months of GrowFitFL Club membership starting on the purchase date. There are no live calls. Each blueprint is a personal video and a full written report, delivered on your Provider Year page about 7 to 10 business days after you send your walk-through video and photos. Jermaine may ask for more photos along the way. Check-in replies are delivered on the same page.

Bought before November 2, 2026. Provider Years bought before November 2, 2026 keep what they were sold with: a one-hour video call with Jermaine, a follow-up call around month 6 and another around month 12, messaging with Jermaine through the Club between calls, and twelve months of membership. Those calls take place on Google Meet at a time you and Jermaine agree on.

Refunds. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as your Day 1 blueprint has not been delivered. For Provider Years bought before November 2, 2026, the same rule applies to your first call. After 7 days, or once your Day 1 blueprint (or first call) has been delivered, whichever comes first, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Sending your prep sheet early and getting your Day 1 blueprint inside the 7 days ends the refund window early. To ask for a refund, email contact@growfitfl.com or reply to your welcome email. The included twelve months of membership are part of the one-time purchase and are not refundable separately or prorated. Refunds required by law remain honored.

Upgrading from a Club plan. If you have a paid GrowFitFL Club plan on our website, the amount of your most recent Club payment comes off the Provider Year price at checkout, and that Club plan is cancelled when your Provider Year payment goes through, so you are not billed for both. A refund of the Provider Year returns the amount you paid for it, and your Club access continues through the end of the period your last Club payment covered.

Forms not sent. A blueprint or check-in reply is delivered after you send its form. Forms not sent by the end of your twelve months expire with the year. For Provider Years bought before November 2, 2026: if you need to move a call, message Jermaine and we will find another time, and calls not scheduled by the end of your twelve months expire with the year.

What it is. The Provider Year is guidance from Jermaine's own experience growing food, training and running a family and a business. Jermaine is a former certified personal trainer of 12 years. He is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor, and nothing in the Provider Year is medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. Talk with your doctor before starting any exercise or diet change. We do not guarantee any particular result. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

After the year. The included membership ends after twelve months and does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. You may choose a Club plan at the then-current price.

7b. Pay It Forward Gift Years, One-Time Purchase

Pay It Forward lets you buy one, five or ten one-year GrowFitFL Club memberships as gifts for other gardeners. Each gift year costs the same as the yearly Club price shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, nothing renews, and you are not charged again. GrowFitFL hands each gift to a person we choose, usually someone from our YouTube channel or Patreon. A pack of five or ten also includes one year of Club access for the buyer at no extra cost. If the buyer already has a paid website membership, that year is given as a credit on their account equal to one gift year, applied to future renewals.

Refunds for the buyer. Within 7 days of purchase you may request a refund for any gift year that has not yet been handed out. Email contact@growfitfl.com or reply to your receipt. A gift year already given to someone is final and is not refundable, and it stays theirs. A full refund of a five or ten pack also ends the buyer's included year, or removes the credit. After 7 days the purchase is final. Refunds required by law remain honored.

For the person who gets a gift. A gift year gives full Club access for one year from the day it is given. No payment method is collected and nothing renews. About three months before it ends, we ask whether you want to keep your membership. If you add a card, your paid membership starts on the day the gift ends, at the price shown when you add it, and renews under the Auto-Renewal Terms. If you do nothing, the gift simply ends. A gift year has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be refunded to the person who received it.

8. Exceptions and Disputes

GrowFitFL reserves the right to grant or deny refunds outside the above policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

If you believe a charge was made in error, email contact@growfitfl.com within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.
