Auto-Renewal and Subscription Disclosure

1. Auto-Renewal Terms

By completing a subscription purchase for GrowFitFL Club, you authorize GrowFitFL, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis:

• Club Monthly: $29.00 each month.
• Club Annual: $199.00 each year. Annual saves $149 compared with 12 monthly payments totaling $348.

If you start with the 7-day free trial, a valid payment card is required at checkout and nothing is charged during those 7 days. At the end of day 7 your card is charged the selected $29 monthly or $199 annual fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each selected monthly or annual term until you cancel. GrowFitFL will charge the payment method on file at the time of renewal. You will not receive a separate notice before each automatic renewal charge.

1a. Backyard Coaching Program Is Not a Subscription

The Backyard Coaching Program is a one-time purchase, sold by application only, in three packages: Backyard Coaching at $12,750.00, Coaching plus On-Site Visit at $19,680.00, and The Complete Package at $38,600.00. It does not auto-renew and no recurring charge is created. The 12 months of membership included with the program does not automatically convert into a paid subscription when it ends. If you want to keep access after your included 12 months, you choose to start a standard subscription at the then-current rate. See the Refund Policy for the coaching program's refund terms.

2. California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) Disclosure

For residents of California, the following disclosures are provided in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period and each subsequent renewal period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Club Monthly renews at $29.00 per month. Club Annual renews at $199.00 per year.
• A 7-day free trial requires a card at checkout. Your card is charged the selected $29 monthly or $199 annual fee at the end of day 7 unless you cancel first.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year you have paid for.
• To cancel, log in to members.growfitfl.com, go to Settings, click Subscription, then click Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update payment, change plan, view invoices, or cancel. You may also cancel by emailing contact@growfitfl.com.
• GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email when your subscription is canceled.

3. Pre-Purchase Disclosure

Before completing your subscription purchase, you will be presented with a clear disclosure of the recurring charge and asked to affirmatively confirm your consent to the auto-renewal terms. Your subscription will not be activated until you provide that affirmative consent at checkout.

4. Post-Purchase Confirmation

After you complete your initial subscription purchase, GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email containing:

• Your plan type and price.
• Your next billing date.
• The payment method that will be charged.
• Instructions for canceling your subscription.
• A link to our Refund Policy.

This post-purchase confirmation satisfies California's post-enrollment confirmation requirement under the ARL.

5. Price Changes

If GrowFitFL changes the subscription price at renewal, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the price change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. If you do not cancel before your renewal date following our notice, your subscription will renew at the new price.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging in to members.growfitfl.com, go to Settings → Subscription, and click Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update payment, change plan, view invoices, or cancel.
• Emailing contact@growfitfl.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.

Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access through the end of the month or year you have paid for. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are not charged at all and access ends when the trial ends.

7. Refund Policy Reference

For complete refund terms, see our Refund Policy. In summary: Monthly includes 7 free days, then $29 a month with no additional money-back guarantee. Yearly includes 7 free days, then $199 with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge. Cancel renewal anytime. Refunds required by law and earlier written promises remain honored.
