Auto-Renewal and Subscription Disclosure

1. Auto-Renewal Terms

By completing a subscription purchase for GrowFitFL Club on members.growfitfl.com, you authorize GrowFitFL, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis:

• Club Monthly: $29.00 each month for memberships started at or after 12:00 AM Eastern on November 1, 2026.
• Club Annual: $299.00 a year for memberships started at or after that time. 12 monthly payments total $348.
• Started before November 1, 2026: $15.00 a month or $150.00 a year. Members who joined yearly during the Fall Sale that ended October 22, 2026 renew at $99.00 a year. Renewal prices follow Section 5.

New memberships begin with payment at checkout. Existing subscriptions and trials retain their agreed price, trial end date, and access. This offer does not change their billing.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each selected monthly or annual term until you cancel. GrowFitFL will charge the payment method on file at the time of renewal. Renewal reminders and other subscription notices are provided when required by applicable law. Your account shows your next billing date.

1a. One-Time Purchases Are Not Subscriptions

The Provider Year is a one-time purchase of $1,497.00. It includes twelve months of GrowFitFL Club membership. It does not auto-renew and no recurring charge is created.

GFC-Pro is a one-time purchase of $799.00. It includes twelve months of GrowFitFL Club membership. It does not auto-renew and no recurring charge is created.

Pay It Forward gift years are a one-time purchase of one, five or ten one-year memberships for other people, at the yearly Club price shown at checkout. The buyer is charged once and no recurring charge is created. A person who receives a gift year has no payment method on file and is never billed unless they choose to continue. If they choose to continue, they add a card and agree to these Auto-Renewal Terms at that time, and their first charge happens on the day the gift year ends.

The 12 months of membership included with either purchase does not automatically convert into a paid subscription when it ends. If you want to keep access after that, you choose to start a standard subscription at the price shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy for their refund terms.

Backyard Coaching Program (closed to new buyers). Backyard Coaching is paused and is not sold today. These terms stay here for anyone who bought it before it closed. It was a one-time purchase, sold by application only, in three packages: Backyard Coaching at $12,750.00, Coaching plus On-Site Visit at $19,680.00, and The Complete Package at $38,600.00. It does not auto-renew and no recurring charge is created. The 12 months of membership included with the program does not automatically convert into a paid subscription when it ends. If you want to keep access after your included 12 months, you choose to start a standard subscription at the price shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy for the coaching program's refund terms.

1b. Memberships Billed by Patreon

If you join through Patreon at patreon.com/GrowFitFL, Patreon is the seller of record and bills you directly. Patreon's own terms govern that membership's price, renewal, renewal notices, payment, cancellation and refunds, and changes to Patreon tier prices are made and announced on Patreon. The recurring charges, the 30-day price change email, the cancellation steps and the 7-day guarantee on this page apply only to subscriptions bought directly on members.growfitfl.com. To cancel a Patreon membership, cancel on Patreon. Your Club access through Patreon ends when the time you paid for on Patreon runs out, plus a short grace period of a few days. See the Refund Policy, Section 1a, for the full Patreon rules.

2. California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) Disclosure

For residents of California, the following disclosures are provided in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600 to 17606:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period and each subsequent renewal period at the renewal price described in Section 5 unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Club Monthly and Club Annual renew at the price shown at your checkout, as protected by the price promise in Section 5. Members who joined yearly during the Fall Sale renew at $99.00 a year.
• There is no free trial. Memberships require payment at checkout. Earlier trials keep their original checkout terms.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year you have paid for.
• To cancel, log in to members.growfitfl.com, go to Settings, click Subscription, then click Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update payment, change plan, view invoices, or cancel. You may also cancel by emailing contact@growfitfl.com.
• GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email when your subscription is canceled.

3. Pre-Purchase Disclosure

Before completing your subscription purchase, you will be presented with a clear disclosure of the recurring charge and asked to affirmatively confirm your consent to the auto-renewal terms. Your subscription will not be activated until you provide that affirmative consent at checkout.

4. Post-Purchase Confirmation

After you complete your initial subscription purchase, GrowFitFL will send you a confirmation email containing:

• Your plan type and price.
• Your next billing date.
• The payment method that will be charged.
• Instructions for canceling your subscription.
• A link to our Refund Policy.

Keep this confirmation for your records. Contact us if it is missing or unclear.

5. Price Changes

Price promise for members who joined before November 1, 2026. New memberships started at or after 12:00 AM Eastern on November 1, 2026 are $29 a month or $299 a year. If you started a monthly or yearly membership on members.growfitfl.com before then, it renews at the price you joined at for as long as it stays active without a lapse. Members who joined yearly during the Fall Sale that ended October 22, 2026 renew at $99 a year on the same terms. If you cancel, or your membership ends because a payment does not go through and is not fixed, a later membership is at the price shown at checkout at that time. Patreon and YouTube memberships are priced and billed on those platforms.

Memberships started on or after November 1, 2026. If GrowFitFL changes the subscription price at renewal, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the price change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. If you do not cancel before your renewal date following our notice, your subscription will renew at the new price.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging in to members.growfitfl.com, go to Settings → Subscription, and click Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe billing portal where you can update payment, change plan, view invoices, or cancel.
• Emailing contact@growfitfl.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.

Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access through the end of the month or year you have paid for. If you cancel during an earlier 7-day free trial, you are not charged at all and access ends when the trial ends.

7. Refund Policy Reference

For complete refund terms, see our Refund Policy. In summary: Monthly is $29, charged at checkout and each month until you cancel renewal, with no money-back guarantee. Yearly is $299. Members who joined before November 1, 2026 keep $15 a month, $150 a year, or $99 a year if they joined during the Fall Sale that ended October 22, 2026. It is charged at checkout and each year until you cancel renewal, with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Yearly memberships bought before 12:00 AM Eastern on November 2, 2026 keep the 14-day guarantee they were sold with. This guarantee applies only to yearly memberships bought directly on members.growfitfl.com. It does not apply to memberships paid through Patreon. Patreon handles billing and refunds for Patreon members. Monthly payments are not refundable. Renewal prices follow the price promise in Section 5. There is no free trial. Refunds required by law and earlier written promises remain honored.
