Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Florida Garden Plan at members.growfitfl.com. The Grower's Year is the recurring plan. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.

1. The Grower's Year, 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase The Grower's Year and are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your first annual charge. No questions asked. If you start with the 7-day free trial and cancel before day 7, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund.

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee:

• Email contact@growfitfl.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
• Include the email address associated with your account and the approximate purchase date.
• We will process your refund within five business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After the 14-day window, the annual term is non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-year. You retain full access to the Plan through the end of the year you paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused months of a paid year.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings at members.growfitfl.com/settings, or by contacting us at contact@growfitfl.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the year you paid for. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, no charge is made and access ends when the trial ends.

Cancellation does not delete your account or erase your garden data. You can re-activate your membership at any time.

3. Included Welcome Book

Annual members receive a printed copy of Grow Food NOT Lawns shipped to their door. It ships once the 14-day money-back window closes. If you request a refund within those 14 days, before the book ships, your refund is honored in full. The book is not clawed back once shipped.

4. GFC-1 Credential

The GFC-1 credential is earned through completion of the masterclass curriculum and is included with any active membership. Earning the credential does not create any additional payment obligation. If you cancel or receive a refund on your subscription, access to the masterclass content ends at the conclusion of your billing period, but credentials already issued remain valid unless revoked for conduct reasons as described in the GFC-1 Code of Conduct.

5. Backyard Coaching Program, One-Time Purchase

The Backyard Coaching Program is sold by application only and is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. There are three packages:

• Backyard Coaching: $12,750. The full program, delivered remotely.
• Coaching plus On-Site Visit: $19,680. Everything above, plus one in-person visit.
• The Complete Package: $38,600. Everything above, plus twelve monthly calls across a full year.

The coaching term is 16 weeks. The refund terms below apply to all three packages.

Refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, but only if you have not yet submitted your coaching intake form. Once you submit the intake form, your personalized work begins and your purchase is final and non-refundable, even if you are still within the 7-day window.

No intake submitted yet. Email contact@growfitfl.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line within 7 days of purchase and we will process your refund promptly.

Intake submitted. Submitting your intake form starts the coaching process. Jermaine and Toni begin reviewing your yard photos and video and preparing your private review. No refunds are available after that point, regardless of when in the 7-day window you submitted.

The Annual plan guarantee does not apply here. The 14-day money-back guarantee that applies to a standalone The Grower's Year subscription does not apply to the Backyard Coaching Program or to the 12 months of access included in it.

Physical books. Your three books ship after you submit your intake form. Books that have shipped are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.

What is included: one private yard review video (15-25 minutes recorded by Jermaine and Toni for your specific yard), a written Game Plan, 16 weeks of Coaching Concierge access with two follow-up video credits, 12 months of full The Grower's Year membership, and three printed books shipped to your door. After 12 months, renewal is at the standard annual rate.

Coaching guidance under this program is educational content for hobby food gardening. It is not professional landscaping, agricultural, or medical advice.

6. Seasonal Challenges (Fall Garden Kickoff Challenge)

Seasonal challenges, including the Fall Garden Kickoff Challenge, are included in The Grower's Year. They are not sold separately. There is no challenge purchase price, no separate challenge guarantee, and no upgrade credit.

What is included. Your membership gives you the challenge program for each season, the Plan's members-only video library, and The Southern Grow Guide plant reference in full (764 plant files). Access lasts only as long as your membership is active. It is a limited right to view the videos inside the Plan. It is not a download right, a permanent license, or any form of ownership.

Members-only videos are private content. Members-only videos are not published on our public YouTube channel or on any other public platform. They may not be downloaded, screen-recorded, copied, re-uploaded, shared, forwarded, publicly displayed, or distributed outside the Plan by any means. Sharing a members-only video, link, or login with a person who is not an entitled member is a breach of these terms and of our Terms of Service. We may terminate the account of any person who does so, without refund, and pursue takedown and legal remedies. Full terms are in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Refunds. Because seasonal challenges are part of the membership, they have no separate refund terms. The 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to The Grower's Year, which includes them.

7. GFC-Pro, GrowFitFL Certified Garden Professional, One-Time Purchase

GFC-Pro is a one-time purchase of $499. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It includes twelve months of The Grower's Year membership and the Pro track: five Pro modules of thirty lessons with their knowledge checks, and six assessed stages, being a written garden assessment of a real yard, a simulated client consultation, three practice teaching submissions, a business build and a launch plan. It also includes the AI mentor, the Pro Desk, a certificate, a badge, a permanent public verification page, and a listing on the public GrowFitFL map. The membership portion opens on day one.

Refunds. GFC-Pro is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, but only if you have not started the Pro track. Starting the Pro track means opening any Pro module lesson, submitting a practice video, or attempting a Pro quiz. Once you have started the Pro track the purchase is final, even inside the 14 days. The included twelve months of membership are part of the one-time purchase and are not refundable separately or prorated.

After the first year. The included membership ends after twelve months and does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. Your certificate and your public verification page are permanent and stay live whether or not you hold a membership, so a client can always confirm your credential. Your listing on the public map is promotional and stays live only while you hold an active The Grower's Year membership, which you may renew at the then-current annual price. If the membership lapses the listing is paused, not deleted, and it is restored when you renew.

What the credential is. GFC-Pro certifies that you completed the GrowFitFL method and met the published standard on every stage of the program. It is not a horticulture degree, a state license, or a Master Gardener credential. We may revoke it for misrepresentation under the Terms of Service.

No guarantee of income or clients. GFC-Pro is an education and credentialing program. We do not guarantee that you will earn any amount of money, obtain any client, or build a profitable business. Any figures or examples in our materials are illustrations, not promises and not typical results. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for meeting every licensing, insurance, permitting and tax requirement that applies where you work.

8. Exceptions and Disputes

GrowFitFL reserves the right to grant or deny refunds outside the above policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

If you believe a charge was made in error, email contact@growfitfl.com within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.
