Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GrowFitFL Club and all related services provided by GrowFitFL, LLC ("GrowFitFL"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use GrowFitFL Club to:

Access and complete the masterclass curriculum for your personal educational purposes.
Use the garden tracking, harvest logging, plant doctor, and planning tools for your own personal garden.
Participate in good faith in the community forums, sharing your experiences, asking questions, and supporting other members.
Download or print course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
Pursue the GFC-1 credential for your personal recognition and use as described in the Terms of Service and GFC-1 Standards.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GrowFitFL Club to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any GrowFitFL content in any form or by any means for commercial purposes without prior written permission from GrowFitFL.
Download, capture, screen-record, screenshot, re-film, mirror, or otherwise copy any members-only video, or any clip, still frame, or excerpt of one. Members-only videos are private, unlisted works. They are not on our public YouTube channel and no public license applies to them.
Re-upload, re-post, stream, or transmit any members-only video, or any part of one, to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, a messaging group, a file-sharing service, a cloud drive, a website, or any other platform or service.
Share, forward, or sell a members-only video link, player URL, video identifier, or login credential to any person who is not an entitled member, or display a members-only video publicly or at any group, commercial, educational, or organizational gathering.
Use any GrowFitFL content, including members-only video, to create derivative works, training materials, datasets, machine learning or artificial intelligence training corpora, or competing products or services.
Scrape, spider, or data-mine any part of the Service for any purpose.
Use automated tools to access the Service without express written permission from GrowFitFL.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, the servers hosting the Service, or any data related to other members.
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other member's use of the Service.
Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material to the Service.
Harvest or collect email addresses, names, or other contact information of other members without their explicit consent.
Impersonate any person or entity, including GrowFitFL, its staff, or any other member.
Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Share your account credentials with any other person. Each membership is for one individual only.
Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading a ban, restriction, or to obtain multiple instances of access that should require a single subscription.
Use the community forums to advertise or promote competing products or services.
Solicit members for business opportunities, multi-level marketing, or other commercial promotions outside of what GrowFitFL explicitly permits.
Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. Community Standards

The GrowFitFL Club community is built on mutual respect and a shared love of growing food. In all community interactions, including posts, comments, and direct messages, you agree to:

Treat other members with courtesy and respect.
Keep feedback constructive and on topic.
Respect others' privacy by not sharing personal information about other members without their consent.
Report content that violates this AUP using the reporting tools in the platform or by emailing contact@growfitfl.com.

4. GFC-1 Credential Conduct

If you hold the GFC-1 credential, you are additionally bound by the GFC-1 Code of Conduct available at /code-of-conduct. Misrepresentation of the credential or conduct unbecoming of the credential's stated values may result in revocation.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

GrowFitFL reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the Service for violations of this AUP. We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate and take action in response to violations, including:

Removing or editing non-compliant content.
Issuing a warning to the member.
Temporarily suspending access to the Service.
Permanently terminating a membership without refund.
Revoking the GFC-1 credential.
Reporting activity to law enforcement where required by law or where we determine it is appropriate.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, contact us at contact@growfitfl.com with "AUP Report" in the subject line. Please describe the violation and, where applicable, include a link to the content in question.

7. Changes to This Policy

GrowFitFL may update this AUP at any time. We will notify active members of material changes by email and will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
