How it works
- Pick a phone call or a video chat, then a day and time.
- Add your details, read the terms and pay securely with Stripe.
- Get a confirmation email with an add-to-calendar link.
- Fill out your intake form in My Calls at least 48 hours before. It's required before every call.
- Get a reminder before the call. For video, your Google Meet link comes about two hours before.
- After the call, leave a review if you want to. It helps the next person decide.
Times open at least 3 days ahead so we both have time to get ready.
Cancel or move a call
Cancel or move your call more than 8 hours before it starts and you get a full refund, or a new time at no extra cost. Cancellations 8 hours or less before the start, including missed calls, are not refundable. This is a one-time payment for one call. It does not start or change a membership.
